For Direct Massage Blend with a carrier oil.

Rosemary; stress relief, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, pain relief of muscles and joints.Geranium; astringent, hemostatic, cicatrisant, cytophylactic, directic, deodorant, styptic, vermifuge, vulnerary agent, relieves stress, reduces inflammation, improves circulation and reduce blood pressure.Eucalyptus; anti-fungal, anti-microbial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, decongestant, deodorant, antiseptic, antibacterial, stimulating and respiratory problems.Peppermint; additional properties;  muscle pain relief, joint therapy, energizer, allergy relief, anti-itch and fever reducer.

Rub around the neck, chest, ears, cheekbones, nose, forehead and sore muscles.
