Moringa, oleifera also called moringa, drumstick tree, horseradish tree, ben oil tree or bensoil tree. Is a native to the southern foothills of the Himalayas in northwestern India where the seeds and leaves are used as a vegetable. Moringa trees have been used to combat malnutrition in communities, especially nursing mothers and infants. The leaves are the most nutritious part of the plant, having a significant source of B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin A as beta-carotene, vitamin K, protein, calcium, iron, potassium and other essential nutrients.

Some comparisons are:
25% x more iron than spinach.5 x the vitamin C of oranges.15 x more potassium than in bananas.4 x more protein than in eggs.10 x more vitamin A than in carrots.17 x more calcium than in milk.
I take about a teaspoon or two of Moringa powder in a berry smoothie, Â here is the recipe:
1 cup berries1/2 cup coconut milk or 1Â small container of yogurt..2 cups of coconut water or pinapple juice1 teaspoon or two of Moringa powder.
Blend and enjoy, adding more liquid only for preferred constancy.
