Walking in Nature
It is the amazing sense of awe that I get from walking in nature that seems to always reset my whole being. The air seems to have more oxygen. The freshness of all the green raises my serotonin levels, that triggers primal regions of my brain and psyche. Causing more sensory stimulation and increases feelings of well-being and lowers depression. The sun exposure increases vitamin D levels and helps optimize hormones. Taking a walk in nature is therapy for mind, body and soul.
Of all the paths you take in life, make sure a few of them are dirt.  – John Muir
